Every week, month we were told it would be ready next week, next month. It's now mid August and we still don't have a golf cart. And we are out $4800.00. The owner Ronnie Cormier cannot be trusted. A liar and a thief. Curses in his text messages when we try and find out the status. We even asked for him to send us pictures of the golf cart being built to no avail. All we want at this point is our $4800 refund. We don't trust the kind of cart he would give us due to his actions in the past. We would really like to give the business negative stars.

I've used Dana's twice now to repair my golf cart. Since my first visit, the shop has changed…read moreownership, and I'll admit I was a little apprehensive that the quality of service might decline. Thankfully, the new owner was just as kind and professional as the previous one. On my first visit, I had tires replaced and added an air horn and turn signals. Most recently, I had a speaker system installed and converted my battery setup from one that required constant watering to a lithium system. They truly do it all here, and they do it with honesty and great communication. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my golf cart!

Not to worry however, I have made new friends at Golf Cars of Louisiana. They are a full time sales and service department for Club Car golf carts. Their very knowledgelable staff has saved me a few times now from making some mistakes. The reception and service department are both full of very nice people willing to help out and on ocassion make a fun loving, witty jab to get you to laugh. I will definitely be going back for product help and advice.
