So, I walked in and boom, they have a great selection of helmets, jackets, pants, gloves and footwear. In fact, I would say the largest selection in any Louisiana motorcycle shop. I walked out with 2 new helmets, gloves and a big smile. The service was helpful and prices were fair. They do have a wide variety to meet most all price points as well. I found a dealer t shirt on the clearance rack for $30 which I purchased and picked a a poker chip for a couple of bucks. I called to inquire about some repairs & service for our 2 bikes bought here new, just like the previous 2 bikes. Once I got there, I was told that they couldn't keep bikes there for repairs; I had to take them back. They usually take at least or 4 days for services, sometimes longer. Had I been told this when I called to explain problem, it wouldn't have been an issue. But I'm leaving the country for a. few days. I had loaded-up and driven from 4 towns away. They should have told me, when I called, that they "couldn't keep" the bikes. I was stuck; but, luckily our Son who lives in the area said he'd pick the bikes up. The attitudes of the workers are abysmal; like anti-customer service. I won't be back. There is a much nicer bike shop a couple blocks down Johnston street. Your choice. Rick. .

I asked for a rough estimate for the replacement of the alternator, which was previously determined as to be replaced by AutoZone. The rough estimate was $395. The store location said they would the parts and have them there for the next morning. The store location also said that they would start the assessment and repair the next morning. The assessment and repair did not start until after 2 PM the next day and the rough estimate to over $800. The store gave false information and/or withheld information regarding scheduling and repair time. After driving away, I began to hear a whining noise coming from under the hood.
