Additionally, the hand on a statue near my husband's bed was broken during cleaning. Accidents happen, and I would have understood if they had told me, but there was no communication. None of the cleaners spoke English, so we had to use Google Translate, which made it difficult to address issues in the moment. I've also tried calling, texting, and emailing the company to cancel our monthly cleanings, but have received no response--even after they withdrew the payment from my account. Unfortunately, because of the lack of communication, the damage, and the service not matching what was promised, I will not be using this company again.
