Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. I messaged them and Brad contacted me within 30 minutes. I felt at ease the minute I spoke with him and decided then I was going to use their services. He came out to the house to assess everything and gave me an estimate. It was definitely a fair price for the amount of work needed to clean out the house. I can say that Brad and his staff were very nice, cordial, and also took the time to quickly look through each box to see if there were any personal items we may want to keep (pictures, etc.). One other thing I really liked is that they donate a lot of items that can be donated. There were several things that they mentioned would be better for donation and they partitioned those items from the other items that would be going to the dump. I can't recommend Dirty Duck Disposal enough for the work they did, at the price they offered!! Contact them, you will not be disappointed!!!
