The tile work was excellent and we have nothing but good to say about it. They were short a reducer transition piece to finish between the foyer (about 3/8 " higher) and the hardwood in the dining room. They put a piece of T molding which did not work as it left a lip because it was cocked at an angle. I made the absolutely stupid mistake of paying in full. They swore they'd be back to fix. Two weeks after, I call, and the guy shows up with T mold, No, will not work need reducer. Five weeks after, I show up at the store, oh it's on order but I may have something in warehouse that'll work. Guy shows up with T mold, No, need reducer. Ten weeks after, I call and ask for manager, speak to Curtis. He's very apologetic and "will get this fixed". Carpenter calls back says he has a T mold for me, NO,NO, NO,NO! we need a REDUCER!, oh, ok. Shows up the next day, says he's sending 3 pieces. One is broken, one is a T mold and the other is a threshold. The install the threshold. I hate it. The next day, I go to Lowe's and buy a reducer and some adhesive and do it myself. They failed and will NEVER step foot in my house again.
