Literally soooo fast only took 10 minutes maybe less to fix my phone screen and super nice customer service! Yay

Went in to have my phone replaced the bad screen on Samsung galaxy z flip a second week of March 2026. I paid over $300 for this service. The phone was working great, I was happy with the work for 2.5 weeks up until yesterday(April 2) I noticed the black line screen damaged and went back to ask the technician if the work guaranteed or warranty for 30 days at least? They replied that can replace another screen with $100 discount which required another new screen put on for another $300 something. They were kind enough to gave me an iPhone charger for free and suggested I should just bring out my old iPhone 7 to use if I didn't repair my phone this time as my alternative. With this economy and specially money didn't grow out of the tree. It's a no-no for me to spend another $300 in less than a month would you? If you want to get anything repaired from this place. Please have it in writing for how long they will warranty their work. Or just put a bandage or a duct tape on it might be smarter move than me. read more

First time coming to this place need to get my iphone fixed, when I walked intot the place I was greeted and asked what I needed help with, I needed a new screen on my iPhone since it was cracked. A few days later I got my iPhone back with a new screen but it still wasn't working and was told to give it some time. After a few hours I just went to an apple store and was told when you take it to other place that use cheap materials they don't work with Apple products and it's only good to go to places that they approve. So in the the end I ended wasting $160, ill never come back here again. They need to work better with there customer serivce and also putting up a sign with there terms and conditions. read more

Got my screen fixed here and it's been nothing but problems. The screen cracked super easily, and I didn't even drop my phone. It also started glitching--randomly clicking things and going black. They told me there was a warranty, but when I brought it back, suddenly it didn't count because the screen was cracked. That makes no sense when the screen itself is clearly defective. They won't take any responsibility and just try to offer a "discount" to fix it again and honestly just feels like another way to get more money out of me. Really frustrating experience. Very unprofessional and disappointing, I would not trust them with my device or any device again. read more

Tyrone was Amazing !! Such great customer service. First of all, I called another place and they quoted me a $50 higher and told me it would take at least two days . Tyrone let me know that they were running a promotion and I could get my glass repaired $50 cheaper than when I was going to pay and then two hours!! and this was for my nine year old grandson who plays every day, time of the essence!! Anyway, when I gave it back to my grandson fully fixed, he looked at it and said oh my God it's like brand new again !! They also have a warranty they guarantee all their work . BUYER BEWARE! I recently cracked the back panel of my iPhone and took it to Smart Fix for repair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SHOP. The replacement panel was not installed properly, the rim band had several pry/den marks along the edge and there is an open gap all the way around the edge. And to top it off, there are noticable finger prints on the back side of the panel which can not be removed unless the panel is removed, cleaned and reinstalled. The replacement cost is market rate. So if you have to pay the same amount as a reputable shop, go to the reputable shop instead! read more
