We got an email for a "device check-up" and scheduled an appointment. My phone has been acting up, so it was a perfect time to go in. The clerk was not helpful at all, didn't perform a diagnostic or anything. Opened up settings and claimed everything "looked good." What the heck do we pay insurance for if that's considered a "check up." Immediately went to the AT&T store in the same complex for assistance. If I could give 0 stars I could. I dropped off my phone for repairs right after they opened. I checked my repair status when I got home and it was immediately deemed as "Unrepairable" only after dropping off the phone 30 mins ago. I ask my husband to pick my phone up at the 2 hour mark when the repairman said it would "be ready". He then asked why the claim was denied and the sales person told him in a rude tone. Reason for visit: MacBook Pro 2020 LCD had been severely damaged and the screen and trackpad wasn't working Date(s) of visit: Wednesday and Friday Cost for repair: $$ I paid approximately $400 for this repair, but it was significantly better compared to other quotes I received from Apple and Best Buy. Customer service provided by: Kiyo, Will, and Jesus The service and thorough explanation regarding the repairs I needed were absolute phenomenal. I came in on Wednesday without an appointment and waited no more than 5-10 minutes since I had called ahead and read their disclaimers and other fine print online. Since the warranty for my Apple product had expired 4 months prior, this service was the best I could find in Las Vegas. They found my information in their system with my phone number since I completed my profile ahead of time. I was able to drop off the laptop on Friday around 4:00pm once they called me back letting me know the part had arrived (LCD Retina Display replacement). They had the laptop repaired by Saturday afternoon around 4:30pm but I was unable to pick it up. They held onto my laptop until Monday afternoon and I was able to pick it up around 1:15pm. Overall, the atmosphere was professional, clean, and an easy way to drop off my item. The checkout process took about 10-15 minutes and I was called with updates every step of the way. I had an overall exceptional experience and know where I can go if I ever need future repairs on my electronics. read more

Took Kindle Fire in to see why it was dead, even after replacing battery. The tech looked at it, determined the socket the battery plugged into had failed. Advised could probably be fixed, but part not available online and labor alone might well be more than the cost of a new Kindle. No charge for his efforts. They have a new loyal customer! read more

I would not take my phone here. I took it in for them to look at a issue with my charging port. They agreed it was having issues. Since just buying the phone in November it was covered under warranty. Well 3 hours later I got the phone back, only to find out what ever they did while in the phone now messed up the phone and I no longer can get service. Took it back to have them look at it. They then feed a line that it was carrier issues. So I took it to my cell provider only to find out they have not had any network issues or problems. At this point asurion was closed. So I had to wait tell the next day. Took it back they opened it up again to find out they have missed cables being connected. Yet to only take the phone home and find out there are still other issues they have caused. So I'm now out time and money as I use my phone for deliveries. At this point i dont want them touching my phone cause who knows what else they will do that may cause me issues down the road. Again do not take your phone here. read more

They are an authorized service center for Samsung products which put me at ease as I was nervous getting my phone fixed. The nice gentleman on site was able to review any warranties I have with Samsung and fixed my phone with 2 hours!! They are transparent with cost and will call you with updates on your product.
