My wife and I saved all of our lives for this house. Brock sigler gave us a list of stuff the owners had to fix. A couple plumbing issues and something with an electrical outlet. He didn't notice the whole house is pushed off the foundation with a couple inch gap where animals where living and burrowing under the house. The previous home owner never cleaned the gutters or downspouts which ended up pushing the house off of its foundation. I realized it about a month after purchase because there was a family of chipmunks living In house. I then noticed all of the patch jobs and how my house was band aided and put up for sale. I showed Brock and he said he was gonna take care of. It's been 10 months and nothing. I now own a 200k house that is worthless. I can't afford to fix, and can't sell it now. Using Brock sigler for an inspector was the biggest mistake of my life. Brock said he was gonna take care of it and I've heard nothing. The least he could do is refund my 350 or 325$. For the general inspection Spencer looked over the house from top to bottom. Because the home has well and septic Mark concentrated on that. After a few hours we received the inspection report and Spencer sat down with us and went over it in detail. After the inspection was over the next few days we were provided with the 360 degree tour and a floor plan of the house which has really come in handy. Overall I was happy with the professionalism and the quick responses were appreciated. I would for sure recommend if you are looking for a home inspector!

Zero mention of any of this in the inspection report. We had five different AC professionals come through who pointed out that the way the system is venting is illegal and that the home has fake duct work above the first floor. Of course, no mention from Watch Dog Property Inspections. Strongly do NOT recommend if you are moving in the Cleveland area.
