On three occasions, I've attempted to have the basment waterproofed unsuccessfully. At wit's end, I called Home Pride House Inspections to determine the source of the problem. I previously saw an inspection Home Pride did of a home that my sister was considering purchasing and was impressed by its thoroughness. Jack listened patiently as I laid out all of the steps that I have taken to address the problem. He asked a series of inciteful questions to determine if he could help. In the end, he indicated that he did not think that he could, but gave me a couple of additional suggestions for courses of action I could take. I appreciated his willingness to explore this matter with me, his obvious expertise and his honest assessment of his ability to assist, even though the resulting conversation did not result in my actual use of his services.

Clearly did not know what he was doing and that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of attempting to do it regardless and wasting thousands of dollars. Fortunately the majority of the materials could be reused, but some had to be trashed entirely. I intentionally stayed out of his way to let him do his work, but Tim kept me and my agent updated throughout the process and was very professional and personable.
