Walked thru their instruction (already did) but wouldn't work due to several apts you cannot delete. Informed to turn in for a replacement. No appointment necessary. Waited in line for about 20 minutes. Not bad in this day and time. Had several workers but only one was fixing phones. He was training an new employee (navy), but was no problem. They got the new phone, but instead of just letting me do the setup they ser it up for me (not offered to the sister-in-law). Overall, they did an excellent job.

Mailed everything back tracking shows it was delivered in Texas and received by Tmobile. About a month later I get charged a $50 monthly charge, I call support and another person tells me the a ccount is cancelled and I'll be refunded the $50 that was accidentally charged. now several months later I get a collections notice saying I owe $87. after calling collections and no help from phone support at Tmobile I am instructed to drive to a physical store the kind in store rep. selfies my ID and has to call the Tmobile mothership for help, then puts me on the phone with another person who can't help at all and says they've put it in the system and I should get an email within 2 weeks but is completely unable to give me any documentation of the phone discussion at the time of this in store phone call. I am still waiting for any kind of update. i recommend running the other direction when it comes to Tmobile, I'm happy to update this when the issue is resolved, but I'm not optimistic based on experience so far.

She spent all the time with me that I needed to get out working she made sure it was working took her time we chatted. Instead, I received no updates and had to return multiple times over approximately three weeks. Each time, I was told it needed more time and would be ready "tomorrow." When I finally received it, the watch was rubber-banded together, covered in glue, and only the back appeared to have been repaired. The other issues remained unresolved. Two days later, the watch shut down again. When I returned to discuss the problem, the representative became defensive, called me a liar, and refused to review the cameras he had mentioned. I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. The money is not the main issue--the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated promises, and unprofessional behavior are. I cannot recommend this location.

In substance, Verizon offered me a good deal-misleading in the way it was implemented but still a pretty good deal. The coverage is still dodgy in the rural areas in this part of the country, but it is better than the company I switched from. It is important to have close access to a physical store to deal with technical issues, so I would come back again if I needed help.

Very good customer service there. Turns out the battery was still good but an arm inside the watch misplaced, causing the battery to unseat and disconnect. He fixed that, also put in a new battery and I was on my way. He even drew a sketch to show me what happened and admitted he was puzzled too. You can't beat this place for good service and information. While I was waiting, I looked around and noted possible Christmas gifts for young men in my family and at good prices. Plus learned they make key fobs. This place rocks!
