After the transfer- My insurance was taken off not only my 2 devices but my girlfriend's 2 devices on the previous line as well. Att told me I couldn't have insurance because it has to be there from the first 30 days. This took 6- 1 to 2 hour phone calls to get straightened out. Then the next bill was extremely high at $220. I called Att and was told I would get a credit for the one month and that would bring it down to 180. The representative told me, " your next bill and the following ones after will be 130 plus taxes and fees. This mistake was due to you being on a 1 gb plan instead of unlimited. I promise this issue will never happen again. Fast forward a month. My bill is $812 I was still on the 1 gb plan and I have called over 15 times in the past month. I literally got hung up on 5 times and put on hold and they never came back 5 times.5 different times ATT tells me they are ,"creating a case" but can't tell me the case number because it takes 3 business days to generate. So when I call back they ask for a case number and I can't give it to them and they can't look it up. A rep told me a few days ago my bill will be $160. Perfect. But it's not updated on the account. And my bill is late and still showing I owe $710 . I cannot even begin to fathom how anyone can run a company with such horrible customer service. I've never seen anything so disorganized in my entire life. Go somewhere else Even if it's twice the cost I assure you that would be a great decision

The most recent event involved a 4G hotspot which we were assured we would have a 45-day period in which to return the device with a full refund of purchase and service if it didn't suit our needs. Upon return of the device, the purchase price was credited but the service continued, and the activation fee remained. Upon readdressing the issue with the franchisee location, they purportedly approached Verizon, and were unable to prorate the service cost or credit the activation. My contact with the Verizon chat assistant resulted in the removal of the activation charge, but not the proration or removal of the service charge. Better, but still not what was discussed. I recently checked the remaining purchase balance on our phone. We were led to believe that we would receive a larger trade in credit for our old phones, more than the $20 we were credited. I could've scrapped or privately sold the phones for more than that. It was indicated at the time of sale that, due to the terms of the promotion, we could not pay off our phones at the time of purchase and would need to wait 45 days for the promotion to apply. Due to this, I lost track of the task and just recently discovered the variance between what I expected and the amount of the credit applied. It is also entirely possible that the communication model muddled the terms of the sale to the point where several different options, having been discussed previously, were not clearly dismissed prior to writing the deal. We experienced less serious, but none-the-less irksome issues on our last equipment transaction with this location. I don't recall the details, but I do recall the pique it caused me, and the fact the team member spent more time concerned with their own phones. We were not a priority, to say the least. Whatever the cause of these interactions, this is likely the last contract period our family will be using Verizon's services due to the company's association with this franchisee. I understand this is an insignificant loss of a few hundred dollars a month for your company, but I assure you my few hundred dollars is important to me and certainly appears to be better spent elsewhere.

She also threatened to call AT&T and that she was going to give them an earful about his service. However, there were other customers in the store who saw what happened. Sean was very polite to the rude lady and everyone at all times and his great customer service in the face of being treated unkind, and unfairly was commendable. AT&T was short staffed and Sean did a great job. I've done business with this AT&T location a few times and I'll keep going back if their service continues to be at the level that Sean provided today. Give this young man a raise!

I get pokemon TCG demand has sky rocketed the last few years and GameStop is competing with local scalpers and LGS, but GameStops in general including this locations is charging above MSRP. Based off what I've seen in other stores, if you can find cards, Walmart & Target has closest to MSRP. Only down side is their restocks seem to be slower.
