They took well over 900 on our deposit (mind you, we are clean and do not own pets, as they refused to allow US to have pets but ALL of our neighbors owned large dogs) They are very rude on the phone (on the rare chance that they actually answer). I highly recommend looking elsewhere for somewhere to rent! During the heavy snow this last winter, they only salted our hill once (mind you, we were in an apartment building). I could not get up the hill, thank God we have a spare AWD vehicle! Upon speaking to our neighbors, they informed us on how they had the same layout as us but they were paying $350 more than what we were already paying! (Then advertised on FB for the SAME apartment for our original leased price).
