I believe they provide an insight into the wide range of practical/legal self defense issues, and often provide real-life examples they have experienced to shed light on the subject. As their firearm sales are online-oriented, they do not focus on having physical inventory. But shopping their website, and more specifically signing up for their email list, their prices are fair and service is good. The email list will also keep you up to date on advanced training opportunities that Jeff and his associates offer. I found the gun department staffed with EXPERIENCED and attentive employees who participate in shooting activities like I enjoy and were able to offer a discount that made a good deal even better. I feel that if you exhibit the safety habits that make everyone on both sides of the counter feel comfortable and show employees that you would not be a danger to yourself or others you will find employees who are happy to serve and even train you depending on your experience level. Don't expect the same happy response from that employee if you show disrespect for gun safety or have nefarious ownership reasons because those employees protect my rights to legal ownership and the stores best interests which I rely on and keeps me coming back when ever the need dictates.

The big difference was that at the old location they had their own gun range. Their new facility is located at a County operated gun range. It's an outdoor range. At the new location they have more open space and they're able to display their inventory . In their new space, there is a workshop in which the gunsmith Marcelo has his gunsmith shop. He is an excellent gunsmith and very knowledgeable about firearms in general. I have used him several times with excellent results. Ted can seem kind of cranky sometimes but basically he is a good person. His wife works there frequently and is very service oriented and a good listener.

He did take 3and 1/2 hours for what I believe was supposed to be a 1&1/2 hour class but I wasn't too bothered by it- and I get the feeling if you share with him you have a time commitment he would make sure to speed it up. Went to the range after about $26 which in hindsight is the same process as their membership which has a bunch of perks... overall there's a LOT TO DO HERE but you should definitely do your research and strategizing to get the best bang for your buck so you don't mis out but this is a great option for anything pew pew related.
