They gave me a estimate for the repairs and parts, and told me I had to pay up front, everything seemed cool, so I did. 159.00. I was told they both would be ready in a week, I wasn't in a big hurry. One week later is when the major run around started. I was told the parts would be in in a couple of days. Time after time i was given some kind of excuse. Be ready next day, or by the end of the day. That was a lie, just like every other time I check on the progress. I finally got my phone back in about three weeks. Phone works fine. More and more excuses and lies about my laptop. Two weeks later I find out that the motherboard was toast. They ended up selling my another laptop and discounted some of the cost of the money I had already paid. I bought it just to finally be done dealing with this totally worthless company. I made an extremely huge mistake going to this place, and I never will go back again. I honestly have to say that these people running the Shreveport store, have no absolutely no business dealing with customers. Didn't have a problem with there technical ability.
