I was frustrated at the time, but am so thankful now. The next day, we ended up in Bossier at B. I. T. S. PC Repair. This was such a great place. I have a disability and getting in and out of car is so difficult. The technician met me at my car and took my information and cell phone. It took about 30 min to complete the repairs. He suggested a couple of other improvements. One I accepted. One I decided it could wait...to save money. Long story short (too late) the service was beyond what I expected. It was fast and skillful. He even repaired the extra item at no charge. I would trust him to repair my computer, iPhone or any gadget. He was accommodating of my disability. His location is right across the street from the main Post Office in the Heart of Bossier shopping center.

Something I've done many times before so I wasn't worried until the screen went black and the watch became unresponsive. As soon as I got home I called Hunter at Modern Tech Repair, let him know what happened and took it back to him to check it out. He confirmed that water got into the watch face and fried it. I finally was given the owner's phone number. Once I called him, I have never been to in such a derogatory manner first of all. Second of all, not only was I told that most of what I had brought was obsolete, but the brand from the manufacturer products had all been opened tampered and then also told that most of which were broken. They broken when I brought them up in the manufacturers sealed . Needless to say I went, and I got my products back, not in at all in the same condition, as when I left them do not do business with these people. The owner has zero respect for any customers and will return your items in worse condition than when you brought them.
