I asked if the store was affiliated with T-Mobile and Jason said No as I had been to the T-Mobile store in Stratford and they had given me a hard time. I paid almost $300 for a phone and service. Jason told me my monthly payment would be $35 a month. I left the store thinking that this man had been fair and kind to me but he was rude. When I returned home I put the number on all of my contacts and then decided to call the number myself. A scammer from the store answered the phone and said they had given me a refurbished phone. He told me to walk in the store and slam my phone on the counter and break the screen. There was all kinds of noise in the background. He said his name was Tony and he was the manager and the store would open at 4:a.m. on Sunday. He said Jason probably took advantage of me because I was old and shouldI have been in bed at 8 o'clock. I don't think these people understand how serious it is to scam Senior Citizens, they could be arrested and hopefully the store will be shut down. DO NOT go here if you are older as they will think you are dumb and stupid.

Jason's (That's what he said his name is) lack of people skills, and seemingly reflexive defensive demeanor was extremely strange. His Very inadequate communication skills was a stark contrast to my previous pleasant & respectful/informative & welcoming encounter in July. He was on a phone call & I patiently waited for him to acknowledge a customer walked inside the store. Jason's clearly overwhelmed attitude/verbiage, and repetitive need to state, "I just explained that" to me without listening to nor asking how or what I was looking to resolve was perplexing. He was easily agitated/impatient without provocation- & appears miserable). Most importantly- there prices are ripoff. I will never recommend this particular store to anyone I cared about.

I put the wrong address in my GPS trying to go to another cell phone repair store, got lost, and…read moresaw this store by the side of the road and went in. My son's iPhone 5 battery had died, so I asked them to replace it - $40, which was $9 cheaper than the original place. They told me it would take 30 minutes, and 4 minutes later, it was done. So I said, hey, I have an iPhone 6 myself, the screen has a crack, how much would that be to replace? They said that the screen and LCD would be $50 - and I had been quoted $79 in Los Angeles. They said 30 minutes. While I waited, I saw a gorgeous steampunk-looking case on the wall, and asked how much that was. They said $10, so I bought it - better than surfing Amazon through 700 Hello Kitty cases to find something half as cool. 15 minutes later (not 30), he was done with my repair. He said, do you want a screen protector for your phone? I thought, hell no, I hate those bubbly plastic protectors. But he said he could put a glass one on there. I thought, no way am I going to spend $30 for that. He quoted me $10. So I got one for each phone. So in 20 minutes, and for $120, I got all of that stuff purchased and fixed on two phones. I live in Los Angeles, 2500 miles away, but I'm tempted, given their prices and kindness and speed of service, to fly back to CT the next time I have a cell phone repair.
