The initial quote was about $34 less than I had paid at the other shop. My phone was ready when promised and the repair was excellent. The screen actually appeared brighter and clearer than it was after the previous repair. I don't pretend to have all of the technical knowledge to understand the process involved, but this place seems to excel at what they do. Kudos.

Didn't feel judged, and they were honest with me about the situation (small scratch on camera itself, cost, recommendation, etc). The primary drawback to this place was parking. I got lucky with a spot, but it's south end, so you take your chances. I went to another spot first, which ended up needing phone insurance to be worthwhile, which I didn't have. This spot was about 1/3 the price that I was quoted. The fix was something I didn't want to delay and while I hope not to need them again, I'd absolutely come back if in a pickle and recommend to others.
