I wanted to find quality fridge button magnets that I can customize for marketing my business. I am a perfectionist and there were so many options but after carefully researching, calling and talking to a lot of places that make these types of magnets, I am glad I ordered from custombuttons.com. Working with Maura and Brendon was a great experience and I loved the fact that they were on top of my order, addressed all of my concerns and had the buttons made and shipped very quickly. One thing that really impressed me is the way they handled a situation that I encountered when I realized late in the process that I should have went for a bigger sized magnet, as my logo was too small for the size I choose. But I didn't need to worry because after speaking with Maura, she had already taken care of this problem... THANK YOU!!! BTW I read some reviews in other sites that talks about the magnet on these sticking out... I was afraid of that too, but with this company, you just have to ask them for a Collet Backing (that way the magnet is flush with the back) and that problem solved! I wanted to use a local company to make buttons for me, and came across Custom Buttons through a web search. Taking a chance, I placed an order. On a Friday afternoon about noon, I submitted my order. Around 3pm that day, I had already gotten an e-mail with my art proofs! After giving the green light to move forward with the order, I was promptly e-mailed advising me that my order would move into production and they'd be sent out as soon as possible. I had my buttons in less than a week, and they look great! I will definitely be ordering from Custom Buttons again in the future. read more

Everyone Loves Buttons Inc.® was originally based in San Diego, CA back in 1997. We have grown to become one of the top custom button manufacturers in the western United States. In March 2005 we expanded our button manufacturing capabilities and relocated to Phoenix, AZ. In 2008 we became a Nationally Certified Women Business Enterprise (WBENC). Today we occupy a state-of-the-art new button facility to better serve all your button needs.

Meet the Business Owner: Maura S.

Maura originally began collecting buttons as a hobby back in high School. She obtained her bachelor's and master's degrees in medical social work at San Diego State University. She started the company in a two bedroom apt, eventually expanded to a garage and then to a business park as the company grew larger.

Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.

I used a brand new credit card for my purchase here. It is a card that I got to only use for online purchases from companies that I've never ordered from before. Within two weeks, this card was compromised. I think this company may have a serious problem with their online security. When I called to ask if any customers had reported similar problems the customer service person hung up on me. I was able to get a replacement card but the damage could have been much more severe if i used my debit card. The buttons arrived after my event date even though i paid rush fees and was quoted for a specific in-hand date before placing my order. I emailed to ask for a refund of the rush fees and haven't heard back. The quality of the buttons is fine but I have no use for them now. I thought I could trust a local company but I feel like a fool for trusting these people at all. read more
