So we end up taking our camper back to MN with us. We talk to the idiots on Monday and they say oh we store campers that big on our other lot. No one ever mentioned that to us and it wasn't in any of the paperwork we had. Guy says no problem we will cancel the contract and refund your money in one week. Nothing. The next month comes AND THEY CHARGE US AGAIN. Emails and calls back and forth and they are always handling it. 60 days later they have over $300 of our money and they never provided any service to us.

Also, $15 higher than the units lists for online. I called to find out why the change and why we were not notified. The lady that answered (so, I am assuming, the one running the main desk) told me, she had mailed out 80 notifications and not one had received it. Must be the post office. That is who she is blaming. She also told me, they had reviewed local prices and had to raise their rates to stay inline with everyone else. Interesting, since I found rate $20 less for other places in town with our size unit, climate controlled. I was also informed, that new renters would get a reduced rate, but they would raise it to the rate we are paying $129, with 90 days. When I mentioned, there is no mention of this online, she informed me that they don't have to notify tenants. I am passing this on, so anyone interested will know how shady they are.

Factor Drive Time From Flex Movers Office into the Amount of Time you actually need movers. I asked for 2 people for 2 hours and received a quote of $525. The movers arrived and the move completed at the 2 hours mark. The movers assigned were strong and worked quickly. We used my own Uhaul trailer and did not make use of the Toyota Corolla the movers arrived in. However, the clock on hours starts ticking when they leave their own office and ends by adding the transit time after the move to return back to their own office. Thus, I was charged for 40 minutes of drive time in addition to the 2 hours of the actual move. This was not communicated clearly to me at the time of the quote and I had some sticker shock at the end. My $525 2:00 hour move became a $667 2:45 hour move. They did give me a slight discount off the amount due to the communication error. However, even after the discount, I paid almost $100 more than the 2 hour quote to account for their drive time to and from their office.
