The young man that was in charge was exceptionally professional, presentable, and very detailed. He explained everything that I needed to know. He escorted me to the storage unit and showed me everything on how to get in how to get out. The facility is immaculate, very well lit and secure. I would highly recommend this location. The online fee for renting a storage unit like mine is $40. I just received a notice that they are raising my rental fee again..this time to $77, nearly double the online price. They are willing to give me the published price, but only if I fill out all the paperwork again and move from my current unit to one exactly like it located in the same building. They do this every 6 months or so. It would seem that they should value long term renters, but apparently they do not. The facility is relatively new, reasonably maintained and reasonably clean for a building that the general public has 24 hour a day access to. I like the facility, but with storage units popping up like mushrooms in the area I need to seriously evaluate whether I will maintain my unit here or move on. read more

Poor customer service! * BEWARE CURRENT TENANTS *. As we were entering our unit, we were approached by a gentleman, another tenant. He informed us that the HVAC system went out in this facility, causing significant MOLD in his unit. He told us to check throughly our unit. Of course we found mold. We had to throw away family heirlooms to furniture that was brand new. This gentleman told us that the office is avoiding him and he is going to be making phone calls. When we encountered Kimberly in the office, she was very defensive and even went so far to say she knew nothing about the HVAC having issues. But did say that they installed some dehumidifiers. Which should've helped. They have a few dictionary responsibility to tell their tenants that they're having issues with the climate control. They failed. BEWARE, check your unit. We have over 100 photos of damages. If we have to get WINK involved, we certainly will!!!! read more

The customer service policy is about as worse as you can imagine. They raise your monthly fees if you have been there more than 6 months, including the mandatory ridiculous and worthless "insurance" fee. The online fee for renting a storage unit is 40% less than what you are currently paying, big savings right? But to get that rate you have to close out your current contract, initiate a new one and then go and move all of your storage items to the new unit, sometimes just two units away from the one you are currently renting. You cannot request the same unit you are in. Makes sense to me. You cannot make this up. And the individual who answers the phone is not able to provide any other options. The storage unit facilities are owned by thieves who take advantage of people "disadvantaged" by the hurricanes. read more
