I needed my eyebrows trimmed very badly. They looked like caterpillars prior to the service. My experience with Natasha was more than exceptional. She walked me through the whole process and even explained what she was doing! Not very many people do that. She is a miracle worker. My only suggestion, which isn't toward Natasha, is when I walked in there wasn't much direction from the staff. It may have been because they were busy. Overall, a great experience. read more

I had my son's hair cut today at the Salon inside the Hilliard Walmart in Ohio. I have to give the biggest shout out to MisZ Jala! She gave my son the best haircut he has ever had! She has the sweetest most empathetic soul. We really truly enjoyed our experience there not only because she did an excellent job and is a pro but because of the person she is! We were truly blessed to come across someone like her. She takes pride in her work and wants to make sure she does the best job possible and leaves the customer truly happy with the best experience they've had at a hair salon. Well, this was our first time in this location. Natasha was our stylist. She was not friendly, didn't take her time cutting my husband hair, it looked worse than when he came in. She didn't clean off the hair on both my husband and son. My son was pleased with the cut but when she used the clipper, she did it so hard that it hurt him. Well all I can say is. The asian look lady I dont know her name but shes rude its my first time to go there I was expecting that they will assist me nicely but no. I do understand that there's a pandemic right now but telling me to go home and grab my mask, and finally I have it (my mask) I was standing there she look at me like nothing like I will sit my ass here and you wait there. Then I asked her arent you letting me to sit down? She said a big NO im not allow to sit inside i should walk around till the other crew will be finish then its my turn..( take note Im pregnant too) This Salon need to teach there crew to be polite to all the customers read more

My barber was booked all day and I was really needing a cut today so while I was near here grocery shopping, I thought I'd get a quick cut here since I did get a couple done here before. I was extremely let down this time and never will be back again. Here is what went wrong. If you get your hair cut, you get a free shampoo and conditioner hair wash. The last two times I did, but not this time. The lady just ignored it and put gel in my hair when she was done and I never asked for it. Then when we go to pay, I was forced to go to the bank inside Walmart or buy a candy bar and get cash back because she did not know how to operate the credit card/debit card slider. That part didn't make me mad, the part that did was I even hinted toward the lady and said I have gel in my hair, we may need to wash it out. She said ok, and just sprayed my hair down with so much water with her squirt bottle it dripped all in my face. Today was a bad experience. I hope this lady is retrained (the only one there)who was there at 11 am on January 13th, 2016. read more
