Every stylist is friendly and they listen to your concerns and expectations. Personally, I'm biased to Lindsay. I've been going to her since 2008 and I currently live out of state and I still see her when I'm in town. She takes care of her clients to the absolute maximum. No matter how crazy your requests for your hair are, as long as you truly want it she will give it to you. And if you get a lip wax from her, you can be sure she'll get every single tiny hair off. I said I needed in home services the morning of my wedding for myself and 5 other ladies. Communication was sparse, but I finally got an answer at the beginning of June saying they could do it. I booked a trial for mid July (which cost me $132) and it went great. Three weeks prior to my wedding the owner called and left a voicemail. I immediately called her back within 5 minutes and I did not get an answer. The following afternoon, she finally returned my call and said that her salon would not be able to perform the services on the day of my wedding. She claimed that she tried calling me in June to say that her studio would not be able to do an in home visit. She made no such call as I did not have a missed call from this number. I also had an employee of the salon call 4 weeks before the wedding to get pictures of the hairdos that the ladies wanted. The studio owner claimed that she would assist in finding someone to do hair and makeup for my wedding and would refund my money from the trial. We are almost a month past my wedding and I have not heard from her or received a refund since she called and canceled everything on August 18th. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend Studio 7 to my worst enemy let alone anyone a friend or family member.

While I was there though I witnessed the OWNER of this salon kick a woman out of her salon in front of all of the other customers and tell her she is 1 of 2 people that will never be allowed in her business. The woman was being quiet and to herself, not speaking any louder than any of the other ladies there and not speaking rudely to any one, so I can't even begin to understand how the OWNER of a customer service based business could be so absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL AND OF SUCH LOW CLASS.
