I had to give a 1 star because you can't give a 0. I bought Kenra 25 volume spray which I have used for many years. The one I bought here is clearly defective because it only puts out a fog that settles all over the house. No hair spray at all! I took it back, told them it was defective and the stylist said no returns or exchanges. I have never heard of such a thing! So I'm out $18.50. I will never buy product here again. No wonder they never have business!!!! read more

Brought my 3 year old for a haircut...my boyfriend got one also...hes ok with his but my 3 year old wasn't sitting still and kept turning his head and the lady was obviously getting so aggravated. At one point she threw her hands up and said u deal with this and walked off to the back. She comes back and tries to cut his hair again and hes acting the same way but she just couldn't handle it. She was worried about cutting her fingers than my child getting cut. I dont know why my boyfriend tipped her, but my guess is he just didnt want to be in there anymore and didnt care. When he paid her she kind of gave this smartass thank you and we walked out. I'm never going here again. I dont care how much more I have to pay, I'd rather pay for good service and a good haircut than for shitty service and shitty haircuts from ppl who look like they're tweaking. read more

The worst haircut in my life. Went for a trim, told her do not cut the side's. She kept cutting, I told her to stop on the sides. The left was shorter than the right same in the back .Another girl tried to fix it and made it worse. Never again. read more
