I do not live in town, I am over 4 hours from this salon. Danielle (long red hair and glasses) I believe her name is completely ruined my hair. I went in asking for a subtle balayage and provided a picture. My hair has been heavily highlighted blonde for the past year and my natural dark brown roots grew out an inch or so. I asked/showed the stylist the picture and she insisted we bleach my roots then put the brown back onto my roots because it gives it depth. I thought how bizarre but ok. My hair is naturally a 4 or 5 and she put a 7 which did not take. Mind you my roots were bright orange once she was done with the bleach. She then puts a 5 on the sides of my head at the roots and leaves the top. I insisted she put the dark back on my roots at the top of my head as I didn't want to look like a skunk and I don't know what she was envisioning! That didn't take fully either, but Danielle played it off like it looked great. I then asked her to TRIM my hair and she utterly botched it. She had me turned away from the mirror 90% of the time so I could not see what she was doing. She kept cutting and cutting after I told her to stop taking off the length. My hair is naturally curly, frizzy and very thick. I look horrible! She then tried to say we should bob it! I have an important weekend planned and I can't feel confident with how bad my hair looks. My hair takes FOREVER to grow. She did not seem like she wanted to continue to fix it and honestly I don't think she could. I sat in the chair for 7 hours!! My hair was just past my shoulders... how is that even possible!? I caught her closing her eyes while she was cutting my hair as if she was falling asleep. I will call and speak to the owner for a refund!! You ruined my hair and my vacation. She also cut my sister-in-laws hair and did a horrible job. She will be complaining as well. I will submit pictures of my haircut and my scalp that she chemically burned! There was also hair dye left at the bast of my roots in the back... horrible. The owner insisted I come in for her to fix my hair. I restated that I DO NOT live in town and am over 4 hours away. She said the only way to fix it was for her to look at my hair. She denied refunding my money as Andrea is an independent contractor... the payment went through the salon to Andrea. Someone needs to make this right and give me my money back, it is unethical how this salon operates. Clearly the customer is not right even when they provide pictures of the horrible work. I went to another stylist and she was amazed at what Andrea did to my hair and that they even charged me for it! It's going to cost me a hefty penny, more time in the chair and time off work to fix this mess!! Never go here.

She doesn't upcharge when the word "bridal" is involved like many places do. Second, the initial consult, where she and I met, talked, and tried out a few different updos was great - it was fun, she did multiple looks and REALLY listened to me to make sure that I was happy. The day of the wedding, she and her team were efficient, super nice and friendly and made everyone's hair look lovely! They even did a last minute change for one of my bridesmaids who decided she'd be happier with her hair down - and charged her a lower price since blowouts are cheaper than updos. My hair stylist was so sick and coughing continuously the first 30 minutes!…read more The station I was at in the front corner had finger smudges, greasy, on equipment- there was so much dust covering the shelves, the decor, and the gross liquid containing Combes and other things was disgusting! Even the hairdryer was dirty! My stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and did what she wanted and when I asked her to please make darker highlights as I wanted grey mixed with dark grey, she said the toner would do this but it didn't. She said I should go home and see if I get use to it and if not- to reschedule another appointment. I payed with tip almost $100 so I can't afford to make another appointment! I am stuck with something I didn't want in the first place plus that place is so dirty I am afraid I will get sick from being there!
