She handled my very reisitant, mind of it's own hair with ease! Gigi did what I thought was impossible! She not only secured it for the evening, she gave me confidence that it with withstand the evening - and it did! Of course, they have such poor lighting I could never really tell til I got home! But the last appt was such a disaster and handled so unprofessional that I had to write my first ever review! My blonde highlights were turned so ASH colored that I looked like I had turned grey overnite!! I was in shock when I saw what had been done when I looked into my home mirror! I called back to my stylist but she was busy and could fix it til the next day. Then in a bit the Owner of SALON WEST called and said THE STYLISTS DONT WORK FOR HER , they just rent a space in her shop and that I probably need to go somewhere else to get it fixed!!!!!! Entering the newly remodeled historic building pleasant smells sweep you into instant relaxation. Friendly knowledgeable staff answered questions. No pressure to buy more then what we wanted. There appears to be a spa attached to the store but did not notice any signs or information about it. Looking st the receipt there appears to be a rewards program, but we were not told about it. If looking for the special gift or something for the bath they appear to have it.
