They only take walk-ins at certain times of day and will not inform customers of this information. I arrived one afternoon at 3:30. The shop is open until 6:00. I was greeted and told to take a seat which I did. 45 minutes later I watched as hairstylists walked out of the shop to leave for the day without ever finding out if anyone was taking care of me. I finally tracked down someone in the back of the shop (who was playing games on an iPhone) and was told that it is too late in the day and everyone has left. It was 4:15; the signs say they close at 6:00.
