However, yesterday, I urgently required a haircut for an upcoming event, compelling me to make an exception. While there are competent barbers here, there are also instances of inconsistency, and I am once again deeply disappointed with the services I received. This time, not only was my haircut compromised, but my beard was as well. I should not have to verbally express my desired haircut if you are going to take matters into your own hands. I explicitly requested that the top of my hair be left long, allowing me to style it either back or forward and have it curl up. Unfortunately, the first chop of the scissors was all that was needed to cause the irreversible damage. After that point, there was no returning my hair. I had accepted my hair's fate, but I am beyond distraught. The same was done for my beard i stated keep it long just round it out more than an half of my beards length was removed. I have been purposely growing my hair out for a long time months maybe even 1+ years by now and this ignorant barber incapable to follow simple directions ruined my hair that I have dedicated a lot of time and effort into. The barber cut my hair short that I cannot style it without extensive preparation. I witnessed the challenge he faced to achieve the desired result while I was in his chair, and I will never be able to replicate it. Consequently, I am left with a botched job. I did not catch the barber's name, but when you enter, Manny is the first chair, followed by a girl, and then the barber with who gave me the botched haircut. Be wary of this filth. Paid in Full, no credit problems and generous tips. Their were minor issues over the course of the years including, hair system thining to rapidly, wrong color etc. Pat always was very responsive. In my opinion the last couple of years it seemed she was distracted by ongoing family illness and her own health problems. She also started an online clothing business. She told me at one point, that she wasn't taking any new clients and cutting back her hours, which was her prerogative. She also was having trouble with her contacts in Asia for acquiring the hair pieces. At this point in February 2020 Covid started being an issue with her business and getting her repairs back. She sent my one hair system out I believe in February or March,not sure. Then she closed do to covid in March, not her fault. I believe it was in June that according to state guidelines she could reopen, but she wasn't taking appointments and considered not reopening. At this point I was upset because for me not just a haircut/color, but my emotional wellbeing. Trying to find new "Salon" wasn't easy. I asked about my Hair piece and she said as soon as it came in she would ship to me free of charge. It finally came in August 2020. I had it put on 10/10/2020 and realized it was not my "repaired piece" but a cheap new one which is wrong color,wrong texture, wavy, not straight, gaps at base, wrong size. Horrible.
