The long and short of it is the owner of the Salon told me in a voicemail a month later that they reviewed their camera footage and did not see anyone take my card out of my bag and then went on to tell me they no longer wanted me as a customer. As you can imagine, I was highly insulted and angry. I called the salon a few times after receiving this voicemail and never received a call back. The owner of this Salon is very young and obviously does not have business savvy. So unprofessional, the way she went about handling this situation. So, ladies, beware, and know you are just a money maker for them. There are many hair salons in Washingtonville and I found a Salon that is understanding to my needs and works for me. She is close to my age {58} and genuinely cares about her clients and doesn't have crazy music playing like the young thangs at Serenity and charges way less.

The person that answered the phone patiently listened to me asked me questions regarding my vision for both events as well as making the appointments for me. I immediately received a text with the appointments. I need to go up to the area soon and plan on stopping in to introduce myself. I feel very good about picking the Serenity Hair Spa.
