Emily makes you feel right at home. I can always count on her to make my hair perfection every time. I get color faithfully and have yet to be disappointed. I have been having Emily do my eyelash extensions for a long time. I wouldn't be caught without them now. The back room we where her lash room is, is so comfortable and clean. She has a pillow to put behind my legs and a throw blanket when I feel chilly. It is so relaxing i could sleep through my appointment. Just what you need after a busy day at work. I leave feeling beautiful every time. While you are in the shampoo bowl, I have her wax my eyebrows. No more plucking! I recommend scheduling out your appointments for the year if possible. Her schedule fills up fast. I want to know I have the date and time I want, especially during the holidays. Easy access and ample parking. Kind of off the beaten path, bu it's worth it! I had bumps under my polish and one nail's polish ripped completely off in 3 days. I don't recommend them for nails but will give them a try for hair. I want, desperately, for this to be my salon but need a positive experience with the end result to make the switch.

She checked once after 20 mins and decided to leave the heat on the top of my head longer. A few minutes later the paste got so hot it turned to an oil and ran out of the foil onto my scalp. Luckily another lady was sweeping and grabbed a towel to cover my face to protect it. She then ran back to get my stylist for help. My stylist casually returned and had me move to sink to start rinsing my head. Im sure she realized the severity of the burns due to the fact she started rinsing with warm water then switched to very cold water. I understand things happen and she would not of intentionally burned my scalp. However she never once apologized and charged me full price. I was left with deep scabs and blisters on approximately a 1/4 of my scalp. Very poor customer service.
