I recently got married at Hart and Main, and the team Tricia provided--especially Tiffany and Karlie--were nothing short of phenomenal. These two are incredibly talented and hardworking. They didn't just "work" the event--they owned it with grace, professionalism, and care. What truly made our wedding day seamless was their ability to anticipate every need before we even realized it ourselves. Our wedding took place during an intense heatwave, and Tiffany and Karlie went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and cared for the entire day. From keeping us hydrated to bringing us drinks and appetizers in our bridal suite right after the ceremony--including our custom his-and-hers cocktails--they truly thought of everything. They also handled every single detail I brought to the venue--from bar signs and napkins to dinnerware and décor. I didn't have to lift a finger. They took my vision and brought it to life with care and precision, setting everything up exactly how I had imagined. They even double-checked with me on the little things to make sure everything was just right, and it absolutely was. There was a moment when the heat really started to overwhelm me, and I honestly think I would've had a meltdown if it weren't for their calm, thoughtful presence. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ashley as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in June, and I can say without hesitation that one of the primary reasons everything went off without a hitch (well, minus US getting hitched!) was thanks to having Ashley and IOTC as part of our day. 2. Ashley and IOTC offered us professionalism, wonderful help and insight, great communication, and just the best-ever attitude amidst my bridezilla-ness :) I felt ever-safe in Ashley's care - a notion that came to full light the day that she came with us to our final venue meeting when I really got to see her in action. Her calmness and her knowledge proved to be most spectacular assets in our final weeks, and we could not have done it without her! 3. And on that note, we are also beyond grateful for the extent to which Ashley and IOTC went above and beyond for being "simply" our day-of coordinator! Thank you for being our ACTUAL five-month coordinator and bringing our wedding to life, from the big picture to the details! We had quite a large wedding party to manage at the rehearsal dinner, and she did a terrific job of herding the many cats, as I like to call it. Most importantly, she is the sweetest spirit and really made me feel at ease as the bride. Her communication was great, with quick response times, just a text, call or email away if I had a detail to run past her. I knew she was taking care of everything, so I was able to relax and enjoy the day. Several people remarked that I seemed amazingly calm that day, so I know that this is in large part to the complete and total confidence I had in Rebecca :) Love her!!!

My husband and I were thrilled to work with her over ~1 year of planning our wedding weekend and had an absolutely wonderful experience. First, Vanessa's detail-oriented approach creates an effective/impactful planning process. Vanessa went above and beyond in considering the full 360-degree picture of our wedding weekend, whether for vendor coordination, design specs, or timeline/logistics. She left no stone unturned and had every piece of information captured in an organized spreadsheet or Word doc. To be very specific, she even asked about detailed Indian wedding rituals so that we would allocate the appropriate amount of time, vendors, etc. to each one! Second, Vanessa was proactive, responsive, and present throughout the process. We were so grateful to ask questions and receive replies from Vanessa within minutes--and with a palpable willingness to help no matter the topic at hand. Importantly, Vanessa embodied this approach ever since we started working with her, not just the week/month before the wedding weekend. Finally, Vanessa perfectly carried out the logistics and vendor coordination during the wedding weekend. We had three primary events--all destination--and from the moment Vanessa arrived, all went perfectly according to schedule (in some cases, ahead of schedule). Vanessa had a team of 5 assistants present on the wedding day which ensured full coverage of every aspect of the wedding morning, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We were also so impressed by her and her team's thoughtfulness; for example, they were kind enough to save our name cards from the reception and other mementos and ensured they reached our rooms! To summarize, Vanessa is wonderfully skilled at her craft. Furthermore, her warm personality will immediately make you feel as though she is a close friend and trusted confidante in this milestone process. Our wedding weekend included two full days of events with a Sangeet on Friday followed by our wedding and reception on Saturday. We had separate morning rituals, an incredibly tight timeline, and what felt like countless moving pieces. Vanessa seamlessly coordinated everything around our schedule so that every event started on time without ever feeling rushed. She managed an amazing team of coordinators and kept all of our vendors (photographers and videographers to makeup artists, henna artists, priest, DJ, decorator, bakery, dhol player, chai cart, gelato cart, caterer, and both venues) perfectly in sync. Her planning templates, detailed timelines, and constant communication with every vendor made the entire process feel effortless. She even helped bring all of our personal touches to life, including our cake centerpieces for each guest table, ensuring every detail came together exactly as we envisioned. Because of Vanessa and her team, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding weekend, knowing everything was in the best hands.     I got married 3 weeks ago at William S. Hart Park in Santa Clarita and Dianne and her team were a…read moreLIFESAVER!!! From our first meeting she had lists and charts and a folder of amazing things! We only needed her for Day of Coordination but she was hands on all the way up to the day. She didn't ask me a zillion questions, she didn't pester me in any way - I just gave her all my info and away she went! And then the day of the Rehearsal came and she was incredible! We had rented the Ramona Chapel at Hart Park - HOWEVER - the historical society MASSIVELY messed up and the day before our wedding had cordoned off the chapel with yellow tape, taken the steeple off, and surrounded the building with scaffolding! But Dianne handled it with so much class - she continued the rehearsal, and kept me calm (I can't say the same for my Fiance). She gathered all of my decor from me - and even though I barely had time to explain anything (though it was all labeled) and it was scattered all over the place after we were evacuated due to the Fires in the area a few days before - she never needed any explanation and somehow it was PERFECT! The day of the wedding they covered the chapel and tape in beautiful tulle and decoration - you didn't even notice the building. She only ever asked me if she could move one thing - otherwise I just trusted her and I am so glad I did. As a manager in my day to day life - it is hard for me to let go. But Dianne made me stress free literally the entire day by thinking outside the box and being creative - despite wind, scaffolding, etc... Because of Dianne and the team - I enjoyed every second of the day and my only issue was my feet and face hurt from dancing and smiling all night. THANK YOU DIANNE!!!!! YOU'RE AMAZING!!!!

Dianne is absolutely exceptional and takes all the worry and stress out of planning. I had never met her before and only found her company on Yelp, but after working with her, I don't think I'll ever plan another party without her. She sourced fantastic vendors and stayed with us throughout the entire event, making sure every detail went smoothly. And keep in mind--this was on November 15th, the Saturday it poured all day--yet it was still the best party I've ever thrown. Give her a chance. You won't regret it.
