The facilities are clean and almost every piece of equipment is brand new. There are all the machines you could ever want, and many in duplicate. I never had to wait for a machine or work in with anyone during the busy morning times. There is a mix of men and women and I felt comfortable working out there as a woman. There is a large "Booty Building" section of specialty machines for all those glute exercises. I thought the long runway of artificial turf was a great idea, for pushing the sled or doing walking lunges. There are plenty of cardio machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more AC or fans-- even in the early morning I was getting pretty warm while working out.

Who answered the phone it was a guy and he also had a nose piercing he did not say his name at all When I called to ask about gym rules and requested to speak with a manager, I was told I would not be transferred unless I provided my full name. I was also told that I needed to explain the reason for my questions, and at one point I was told my questions were "stupid." The call then ended abruptly while I was still trying to clarify the situation. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when I was simply trying to understand your gym policies. I was not given clear or respectful information, and I was not given the opportunity to speak with a manager. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that people be provided with clarification regarding your gym rules and appropriate procedures for member communication. I won't be coming to that gym at all you can even allow to people to sing when they're working out... fk the gym fk the team is disgusted and not professional at all ... and I give a one start bc is no other choice .

I was charged another $39 and told my membership would expire the next day. When I questioned this, the kid processing the cancellation stated he understood the concern (paying $80 in total for 8 days of gym use..) and said he would alot me access for the following 10 days. I went to this location tonight after getting off work & my fob would not allow me into the gym. I've left a voicemail requesting someone contact me back & help get this corrected, but based on reviews it seems like chances are slim I will ever hear back. Absolutely would not recommend this location. The anytime website suggests you give a 30 day notice to cancel, typically with commercial gyms that means they will charge you one more month & you will have access to the gym until your membership lapses, apparently not the case here. If this were a boutique gym or one that offered anything other than sweat stained, smelly machines, I could understand a monthly rate of $80. It will, however, never make sense for a place like this one. Choose wisely & choose somewhere else! -someone who frequently worked out here based on convenient location

For a change it was the website underselling just how good this place really is. Image you were a billionaire and had your own gym for you and your friends to use. What would I expect? That it wouldn't be a massive set of treadmills it wouldn't be a pocket gym with no manager just a card. The place would have been decorated not feel like a basement. The staff would welcome you by name. There'd be free wi-fi access to water and coffee and men and woman's bathrooms with showers. The machines would be new and in pristine shape. Owners Jon and Michelle were welcoming and actually took the time to show me which machines I'd need to do each part of my routine. Normally YOYO unless you have a trainer. But yes they have those too. Paraphrasing Ms Riding hood not too big not too small just right. And did I mention the free wifi and being called by name?

My responses to other people's comments: Signs - The owner has several signs around the gym state things they prefer not to do. They try to write the signs in a funny/humorous context and I honestly don't mind them. Canceling memberships - Members do have to sign a contract when joining this gym. Per the contract, you're obligated to pay for the first year if you leave early unless you can produce a doctor's note or something similar. After one year, you can leave at any time with no penalties. This was clearly explained to me before I joined it is written in the contract. Dog -The owner does have a large dog that is sometimes at the gym. I've never see the dog interact with any of the gym members. Typically, he stays by his master at all times and doesn't interact with anybody. Owners' attitude - There is a man and a woman who operate the facility. The man appears to be the owner and the female appears to be either his wife or girlfriend. Both appear happy to answer any questions but keep to themselves for the most part unless approached. I join this gym primarily due to location. It's very close to my workplace and I can exercise on my lunch hour. Below are my own personal feelings about the advantages and disadvantages of this gym. Pros Newer equipment Clean and well organized environment Helpful staff Location Open all the time Cons Small gym with a limited variety of equipment Equipment is mid range / relatively basic Limited space for dressing and undressing - only two people can change it one time No lockers to secure your personal items Overall, it's a nice gym but, by the same token, not really exceptional in any certain way.

Being a drop in student, he made me very comfortable and welcome to the group. Talking about the workout, It's wonderful, it will really get you in- in a good way. Not to mention, the owners are great too, great communication. My credit card was charged over accidentally, and it took only one voicemail for the owner to get back to me and refunded it.
