The staff was really kind and understanding of my issues and offered a list of different options and suggestions. The hygienist who assisted me with xrays was extremely knowledgable and very kind. I really liked the lack of visual noise and appreciated the host of bird feeders outside the window to be able to watch. I'm looking to plan some more appointments with them, especially with the option of being put under for everything.

When I called I was confronted that if I didn't know a patient there currently or had my doctor refer, I would not be welcome. I hung up in tears because I was caught off guard and my wife is in pain and miserable. I'm also sad because based off the reviews, this place would have been great for my family. I wish it was obvious about their new patient intake before someone inquired for an appointment. Anyhow, if you are a new patient and impressed by their marketing and posts, you'll have to double check. I wish they would change this, especially if you advertise on Facebook and yelp.
