Meanwhile not one other thing is affected by any "power outages." The only reason my prescription was sent here is because I NEED to have the medicine to function as a human being. Not one word from anyone about the systems being down and now after having to wait a week because the workers also never decided to try and get my prescription filled after receiving the order. Get it together, this is absolutely ridiculous. My order was said to have been ready an hour ago and yet somehow they can't do anything.

Unassuming little shop with a nostalgic feel. The two ladies behind the counter are super sweet, and with their smocks and smiles, you definitely feel like you're talking to an elderly relative. The parking lot is a little goofy, and you're supposed to park sideways, which can be kind of confusing. The prices are excellent, and you get such a lot of food for what you spend. The cinnamon rolls are unassuming, and the sweet cinnamon dough itself is the star of the show, unlike a lot of places where they slather it in so much sugary frosting you can't taste the roll itself. The raspberry-filled doughnut is the best of its kind I've ever had in my life. Definitely worth the trip!

I called to find some info out about a reward I had (I spend thousands of $$ with the company & have the black VS card) needless to say the lady that answered the phone started getting rude with me, and I don't disrespect others so I refuse to get disrespected! I asked what her name was since I have no idea who I was talking to, the lady said she was busy and HUNG UP ON ME!! So I called back and a different lady answered and I asked for the manager she said she was so I explained the situation to her, she was nicer but still not very professional. She told me they aren't allowed to say their name over the phone... but they are always sure to tell you their name in store? Makes sense!? Not really? I just wanted to know who I was speaking with so I could contact corporate and explain my experience to them. Let's just say I called Castleton instead and they were happy to help... AVOID at all costs let them go out of business just like most of the salon since they don't want to nor know how to provide any customer service. Just sad.

Victoria Secret is one of the few good stores left and I honestly think their days are numbered. The blonde that rung our sales, I forgot to get her name, had a great attitude and was obviously a good worker. The line was huge and she kept a great attitude. Sadly, It took a line of about 15 people to get any of the other employees to come help her. She said almost everyone else was working on other projects but we wandered the store and heard enough conversations between employees to see that maybe they were supposed to be working on projects but they were not. In my opinion they were all obviously letting this poor girl do all the work. I find it disgusting to take advantage of this poor girl who was obviously a hard worker, sincere and a team player. I wish I would have gotten her name because I would have called corporate to compliment her and inform them whats going on in this store. Just sad.

She's got sweet potato pie-cookies-brownies parfaits-cupcakes-cheesecake; every treat you can imagine. But be warned-her cheesecakes sell out fast, so beat the rush.
