This is not a licensed dentist in the state of Florida. Their business has been reported to Florida Board of Dentists with formal complaints. If a dentist or medical office is not willing to show a license and doctoral degree before you meet them in person, run away! The lack of care, quality, proper tools, training by this office on patients creates expensive problems that they cannot repair/fix for long term. If you spend 10k here, expect 80 - 100k to repair for years later! The damage done to your teeth cannot ever be undone. Bite problems created can lead to TMJ and constant chronic pain. This is the second time I patronized this business. The first time was in 2018 and I had composite veneers. I also just removed my braces. I was just searching for perfection. I had cavities filled and they numbed me and to my dismay they shaved my two front down. I did not notice until I visited in 2021 and they removed my composite veneers and brushed my tongue over my teeth and noticed chicklets. I asked for the manager who was the former receptionist when I visited 2018 and she stated they will locate my records. No records were found but I had pictures of my teeth in my phone prior to the visit and showed her. I was crying, but at their mercy because now I have to wear these veneers forever. In addition, you pay prior to your service so I could not get my account credited. I paid for 10 top and 10 bottom and only received 8 top and 8 bottom. When I asked for a refund for my 2 teeth and some sort of compensation they refused. I also never received my retainer i paid for. Terribly customer service. So now I forced to file a lawsuit. read more

I was so excited to finally be getting my teeth done and literally once I left the office and went to eat some soft pasta my composite teeth chipped half of them have fallen out of my mouth within three months, and when I asked them to remove them, they said that they would not remove them for free they would charge me. I am writing this to share my honest opinion and to warn others of these issue I've had with this doctor at @smiledentalcenter32 , I've only had my teeth done for 1 year and 4 months and I've had to get repairs done about 5 times , on top of that the teeth discolor very bad and stain easily which i was told would not be a problem before getting them done, many times i have purchased flights and went back to miami have repairs done and the same teeth keep breaking , just 2 days ago i went to Miami to have repairs done and that was by far the worst experience in any dental office , the staff are unprofessional and playong around cracking jokes the whole time my teeth are being repaired , other staff come into the room to crack jokes as well as if they are 12 years old at recess! Due to them taking breaks and taking there time cracking jokes i missed my flight back home and had to purchase another for $2000 to get home the same day, nobody in the office had any sympathy and offered a ride to the airport after i just paid for these repairs. After i get on a flight from airport one of the same teeth they repaired came right back off during a flight. I txt them immediately and i was told a manager would contact me , it's been two days i have no justice but they have there money and now i have to walk around with a broken tooth.
