I've been coming to Clearly Cares for a few years and am thrilled to see them expand to their current space on Elston. It's a beautiful, spacious clinic with large, modern, quiet exam rooms with new, comfortable chairs. There are flat screen TVs on the wall *and* on the ceiling with speakers on the chair headrests which allow you to hear whatever you are watching. At the beginning of your appointment they ask you if you'd like to stream something on Netflix. Why doesn't every office use technology like this to make their patients more comfortable? It's very relaxing to watch a nature program for example, during a routine exam or cleaning. When I've had a concern, question or request, it's always been handled in the most respectful and courteous way. I've really felt safe and cared for at this office. I'm sure this would be the case if I ever had a serious issue and recommend anyone with dental concerns or who is nervous about going to the dentist come here.

I initially went in for an upper mouth rebuild of my crowns. They completely failed to match the color correctly, and even after replacing every single one of them, they still couldn't get it right. The structural issues got much worse when they did a crown on a lower tooth. They missed the margins entirely. They tried three separate times to fix this lower crown, and on the third attempt, the tooth/restoration was made too short. Because that tooth is now too short, my bite is completely misaligned, and I am left in constant physical pain. I gave this office multiple opportunities to correct their mistakes, but they lacked the competence to do so. I am now forced to find a new dentist to undo and fix their work.
