The office is really big and clean. There were a lot of people ahead of me but we all got taken back rather quickly. No long wait at all. My hygienist was Kay and I absolutely loved her! She made me so comfortable and at ease. Super sweet and attentive. The ladies in the front and the doctor were also great! They give you a treatment plan and talk about pricing before they do anything and everything is very easy to understand. I'm no longer anxious about the dentist. I can't wait to come back next month! Dr Starr was my child's dentist and he completed the fillings did not check the bite and stood up and said we needed to find another dentist because he was traumatized. Really? He did not finish the work, discharged him, the office said they can drop a patient at any time for any reason. The office manager stated there are two sides to every story but did note there were no notes in the system as to why he dropped him and did not complete the work. I was in the room and there was nothing done on my child's end except raising his arm when he was in pain. Pitiful excuse for a dental office. I would not recommend anyone go here!

I had some concerns about the extractions because my son had to get five teeth pulled. The dentist was amazing, he explained everything, he made sure my son was very comfortable, and that he didn't feel a thing. I would definitely recommend this place, because not only are they pleasant, but it felt as though they cared.

I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but can't trust them ever again in the future. I literally feel like they are working together with Cossich to not help me as they called and spoke to Cossich. After they spoke to Cossich their tune changed, and they cam no longer do the work. Nobody can say that this all adds up and is normal. It is basically RETALIATION by 2 dentists office to hurt a patient.

He's taken the best possible care of both of my children, who have come in with very different needs. His disposition is sunny and can always be caught with a smile on his face. You can tell he does his work because he really loves it! He and his staff are knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. I'm welcomed into the back during check-ups and all procedures, making it a comfortable experience for everyone. The space is clean and welcoming. The hygienist asked me many times what my concerns were, and made sure to address them/ reassure me. The dentist examined and said they were going to consult an endodontist and they would call us about results. Weeks go by and nothing. I called twice no one ever answered and I left messages- no one returned my calls. Today I went to the office and I told the receptionist what was going on, it was pretty obvious they messed up by not even attempting to call us- it had been a month! The receptionist went to the back of the office got a sticky note showing someone had talked to an endodontist then she wrote down two names for referral. This dentist office has lost our business for good! They couldn't even be bothered to pick up a phone or even have the dentist talk to me in person once I came to the office.

She was patient, understanding and so sweet it was a complete judgment free zone. I explained what I was trying to achieve and she led me to the best treatment plan. I go back in two weeks to do it and I can't wait! She was so down to Earth while being so confident we could get where we wanted to easily and it projected enough confidence in me that I knew I was in the right hands. I couldn't be more grateful and we haven't even done the procedure, I'll update once we do but I'm positive it's going to be amazing results. Update: went back today and got the smile of my dreams!
