Arrived early for my appointment. Waited in the lobby with no one else for 30 mins and only after I asked if it was customary to wait this long for an appt, the front desk lady finally tried to take me to the back. I refused as I was uncertain if the chair time would be longer. My only recommendation is to respect people's time! My appt was preset in advance and I still had to wait an extended period of time which is unacceptable. You don't know if I was on my lunch break or whatever and no one cared to explain the wait time as if it was normal. I decided to cancel the appt and any future appts.

Louisiana Dental Center fails miserably at both customer service as well as oral care. My…read moregirlfriend's appointment was two hours late because the dentist couldn't find her way to work...red flag. They later extracted a tooth without closing the gap giving her a dry socket, no antibiotics and a drug addiction accusation on a follow up visit for pain. We had a different dentist solve her problems caused here. Not only are the dentists incompetent they are insecure. Others have told me that this is the minor leagues of local dentistry.. Folks that barely make it out of school are hired there hoping to become good at something. You would be better off seeing an amateur taxidermist for your tooth care than these dental disappointments.
