My chicken gyro was really good. The chicken was hot and fresh with a good flavor, the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, and the pita was warm and had a nice crisp. The white sauce was good, but had a little bit of a sweeter after taste that got to me after a little while. My wife's salad was nice and trash, with a good crisp to the vegetables. The shredded beef had a good seasoning, and was nice and warm. Overall we had a great experience with this food truck.

I got the pulled pork tacos and chicken tacos, and the meat was the main issue. It was a little dry and didn't have much flavor. With Korean-inspired food, I expected more savory depth, maybe some sweetness from a marinade, a little vinegar, sesame, or stronger grilled flavor. They have a big griddle, but the meat didn't really taste like it was cooked fresh on it. It felt more like the ingredients were assembled rather than cooked together into something cohesive. The tacos also didn't really read as Korean or Mexican to me, aside from the sauce. The individual ingredients seemed fine, but together they didn't have much punch. The "kimchi" was also disappointing. It tasted more like slaw with gochujang than actual fermented kimchi. Price was around $13 or $14 for three tacos, which is not shocking these days, but it felt a bit high for what it was. They do have a Tuesday special, I think around $9 for three tacos, which is probably the better time to try it. The atmosphere is also a little flat.
