The Skillet Cornbread is the best I've had, slightly sweet with a good corn flavor that made me decide to buy a WHOLE skillet rather than just the generously portioned slice next time, especially since it's such a good value. Decor and atmosphere are what you make it, as this is a food truck. I ended up taking our meal home which is less than a quarter-mile away. However I wonder if I was influenced by this gorgeous summer weather we have been having on a beautiful blue sky day.
