He put my son at ease and we will be seeing him until my son needs adult dentistry. The orthodontist was also VERY nice and professional. My son did not end up needing braces and I was obviously thrilled by that! I do have to say I liked the general dentist assistants more than the orthodontic. The girl who took pictures of my son's mouth was very rough even when he told her the way she stretched his mouth was hurting him. Other than that, we love this business!

Having a child who has difficulty in school, it is extremely counterproductive to take him out of school for an orthodontic appointment every time, not to mention what it does to my day; I end up having to take a half day off from work for every appointment, which is ridiculous. They sincerely need to come in to the current century and accommodate working, single mothers, or anyone else who works a normal work day. They also do not call with an appointment reminder. I don't think there is any doctor's office or dentist's office that I go to that doesn't give you a courtesy call to remind you of an appointment. They do not do this here. Overall, even though he's a talented doctor, his office policies are horrible and unaccommodating.

I was completely happy with Dr. Decoteau and his staff from the onset to completion. It was absolutely the right office and orthodontist for me.
