My ice machine in my refrigerator hasn't worked in years. They came to fix it 3 times and it still doesn't work. My oven was beeping randomly they came over 3 times to fix it. Mind you I had to pay for them to "service" my appliances and no issues were ever resolved. Fast forward to yesterday they came to service my washing machine that has brown flakes in it mysteriously. The "service" guy was here for 15 minutes charged me $196 to tell me to buy some washing machine cleaner on Amazon and if that doesn't work to call back. Well I've used this cleaner 3 times and it's still not fixed. My husband called the service manager and he's wiping his hands clean of our issues.
