We were told we could choose from the 25 colors that were back there. When we were done with the party, we realized that there was a larger array of color options in the main studio and that the paint brushes and everything were better quality. It was upsetting to find out that we were not provided with an option to use any of those colors or items even though we were spending our money the same as everyone else. I expressed my disappointment in an email, hoping that in the future they would let others know. However, I feel like the management was very unprofessional and rude when I brought this to their attention. Attached are screenshots of our conversation. I was unable to get a screenshot of the first email sent as it was through their online contact form on their page, which I did not receive a copy of. I felt like I they were very dismissive of my concern and failed to address the problem. They still don't seem to understand what the problem is.
