He worked with me in helping find a surgeon that was trustworthy and knew how to handle my son's needs. I was in contact with multiple surgeons, went to multiple consults and Dr. Waters and his staff made the records necessary available to each one of them until we found the right one. He was in constant communication with the surgeon in Lubbock before and after my son's jaw surgery. The confidence that I now see in my son is mind blowing. He actually smiles and it's amazing! I can not express enough how life changing Dr. Waters has been to my son. He is also treating one of my other kiddos and he is very patient and attenuative to him. He is a young chatter box that has to know every single thing that is being done and why it's being done, so treatment can be difficult but Dr. Waters and his staff are amazing with him. His teeth have improved so much in the time that he has had braces and we no longer have to worry about his teeth that where growing straight out being damaged. 1000% recommend this office!

Do not trust these people with your health.. it's a shoestring business that is only open when they feel like working. The hours of operation are not tended to. I can't call anyone to handle the issue. I went as far as to contact her on Facebook and she recently posted. They will charge services in your name, charge you for the service and charge the providers of the service in your name as well.. After multiple times of trying to resolve the issue they still have not taken action in over a year.

Until I came across The Pacos Valley Family Clinic! I was looking for a closer physician because that drive every 3-4 weeks was too much for me. Anyways, long story short Pacos Valley Clinic had me come in and sign a form for Amarillo to release and fax my medical records to their office so they would have them for my scheduled appt. in two weeks. Everything went awesome on that first visit. I'm now going on 7 months with the same Dr. @ The Pacos Valley Family Clinic. They've been super great! I feel so blessed because I've got some medical issues and I seriously thought I may just have to drive to Texas every 3-4 weeks from now on. I don't even recall how I came across the Pacos Valley Family Clinic it was by mishap. But I called them and questioned someone, not one of the receptionist's. Anyways, they were skilled in the areas of care I needed so I scheduled an appointment and believe GOD was in control. Simple as that. The staff are all courteous and professional. The physician I see and am now established with is AMAZING he spends quality time with me on my appt.'s. He'll know immediately if something is wrong just by my demeanor. I asked if I could see the other doctor standing behind her. She talked to him and said "no". I asked if he was busy and she said "no, he doesn't know your medical history". I explained that all I needed was a prescription refill, but the answer was still "no". I asked why he couldn't look at my medical history and she said "I don't know". What backwoods hick establishment is this where a doctor can't use a computer to look up medical history on a patient in their own office? From what I could see of the smug prick doctor in the background I'm glad I didn't see him anyway. I even talked to the Manager and his only response was "sorry". No acceptance of blame, didn't take responsibility. What a ridiculous joke of a place.
