We paid the balance once we found out, but this is a terrible and disrespectful way to treat loyal patients. There was no transparency or effort to explain the charge in advance, and it left us blindsided. I strongly urge this office to rethink how they handle patient communication and billing issues.

Times between fittings took MONTHS because it was the lab and when the partial plate was delivered the teeth in the plate are radically whiter than my own teeth, the plate teeth are very noticeably shorter than my own teeth and these are some of my front teeth!!! Guess what! It was caused by the lab in Albuquerque!!!! And the doctor (Do) said I just needed a tooth cleaning to compensate for the color difference! I had my teeth cleaned just 4 months before this, my satisfaction was obviously not guaranteed since no mention was ever made of correcting the size difference! What a ROTTEN experience!
