For our wedding we had booked another booth and found out three weeks before the wedding that it had been double booked and there was no follow up. We got lucky with Smile321 Photo Booth, not only was it a better deal but Dandy and April were informative and kind throughout the entire process. Their website is well organized, the event registration/contract was easy to fill out, Dandy created our custom template and was open to my feedback, and the night of our wedding all our guests enjoyed the booth and had a great time. The booth itself is very accessible and photos can be sent via airdrop, text, or printed. At the end you are sent an album of all the photos from the event. We're first time photo booth users & we Chose Smile321 for our daughters 16th birthday party as they were the first one to respond to our inquiry, reply was within minutes of submitting our request. Her communication is flawless utilizing the Yelp Message as well as via mobile texts for any questions/concerns you may have. April was accommodating with our daughters "picky" photo strip designs & April provided several sample templates & the word no was never in her vocabulary. Jessica & Jerry arrived at our home on-time & their equipment setup process was minimal & several minutes after their arrival they informed me "OK, it's ready!" Jessica & Jerry were courteous, respectful, professional & along with their positive attitude made all guests feel comfortable which allowed all everyone to let loose in front of the camera. They have a lot of props which all guests enjoyed. The ability to have your photo printed, Air Drop &/or sent via email/texts is a great option which everyone thought was helpful & convenient & their price was perfect.
