Some other reviews read that staff wasn't nice and the doctor yelled at his staff in front of patients. I witnessed none of this, the doctor even took me back to the room to start with my visit so they didn't fall behind. The staff was nice the oral surgeons assistant kept calling me "love". As soon as I'm cleared I'm going back to get 5 teeth pulled. I saw no problems on my first visit here.

My entire family were patients here up until what I'd call WAY LESS than amazing customer service. They turned one of us down because they had recommended us to a specialist. Those specialist visits cost money. Those procedures cost money and time. None of which we have at the moment. Instead of discussing further options they left us with a dental issue that can't be fixed unless we see a specialist or a different dentist. They refused to see us because they "COULD" was the lady's words who called us. So I shall take my business somewhere else and tell everyone I know that this place stinks!!

He also gave AMAZING directions (although I use GPS) his extra help made navigation easy to beautiful West Hazleton. Dr Lynn is very kind and compassionate. She didn't rush me out of the office either. She patiently offered a solution to what is ailing me. This is a first for me - "Re-treatment" on a root canal. I'm set up to go back in January for my appointment. She is highly recommended. Her staff is very kind and comforting too. Plus the office isn't far from me in relationship to nearly everything else. I'm confident in her abilities and treatment plan for my aching tooth.

The office has friendly staff and a pleasant front desk. I really appreciated the thorough and efficient service we have received both times. This office respects your time and won't hold you hostage waiting in the waiting room. My only complaint is having to wait months to be seen. It's somewhat of an ordeal with consultation (that takes weeks to schedule) - then the insurance red tape-then trying to get an appointment especially when you are in the midst of excruciating pain. I had an abscess in a root canal that supported a permanent bridge. Dr DeBellas first referred me to an apioectemy specialist who determined that may not work. I went in specifically for one tooth issue, and although there were other issues as well, he addressed my main concern and got to work right away. Extremely professional and down to earth. He is very straight forward and even gave me options and listened to me. I am recommending him to anyone and everyone I know. The only down side I have is the long wait in between appointments. Such as I went in mid March and wont have a follow up until beginning of may. But that is to be expected with only one doctor. This place is absolutely amazing!
