Awesome staff, very friendly and professional. We bring our whole family of 6 to see Dr Amy Jo. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fortunately, I met Dr. Gary Bhatti, owner of Infinity Dental. Dr. Bhatti is a very professional and personable guy. I can not say enough good things about him and his staff. While he is younger than I, he made me feel like we were long time friends. His staff made me feel like I was part of their families. Dr. Bhatti is a great guy, very professional but not pompous. He exudes confidence without being egotistical. He treated me like a contemporary not just a faceless patient. He has an intimate, cozy office with a staff who could not have been friendlier. The dental techs working with him are equally professional, very pleasant and personable. I also spoke with multiple oral surgeons, who I will discuss later in this review, I found Dr. Gary Bhatti through my online research. Dr. Bhatti spent six (6) years in the U.S. Army Dental Corps. The patients that I spoke with while waiting for my appointment loved him, which helped me like him right away. Unlike his contemporaries he did not charge for our consultation appointment. He spent more than 15 minutes getting to know me and only then did we get into the specifics of the procedure. All oral surgeons require a panoramic x-ray. I had one taken by one of the other dentists, discussed below, emailed to him, which he had reviewed prior to our first appointment. He had a good idea of how intrusive the infection was and what needed to be done. He explained the procedures and time frame and said he could get me in right away since my tooth and gum were infected. We discussed costs, which included the necessary crown. His fees are substantially less than the other dentists that I met with, which did not include the crown. Due to the infection Dr. Bhatti was able to schedule an appointment for the next week. Phase one of the procedure took less than 60 minutes. He removed the fractured tooth, packed the hole from the extraction as required for an implant. The pain was minimal. I got home around Noon, took a nap. At four pm I took an 800 mg Tylenol and by six pm there was virtually no pain. I took Tylenol, twice a day, for the next two days and had no pain. Prior to selecting Dr. Bhatti, I interviewed three other oral surgeons, which were all disappointing experiences - The first surgeon, in Winston Salem, charged ~ $600.00 for a consultation and panoramic x-ray. I was given a consultation appointment two months out, and my out-of-pocket cost would be $600.00. - The second group could not get me in for a consultation for 4 months, with an out of pocket of $650.00, for the same consultation and panoramic x-ray. - Neither of these two oral surgeons would give me an estimate of the costs until I paid for the consultation and panoramic x-ray. - Finally, I called my insurance company which, to get the name of an oral surgeon "in their network". The consultation appointment was made for three weeks out. The consultation and x-ray costs were $600.00; however my out-of-pocket cost would be $275.00. The insurance company paid the rest. I chose to meet with this oral surgeon. I was ushered in to an office by a technician, who asked basic health questions prior to taking me in for the panoramic x-ray. A few minutes later a young man, the dentist, rushed into the office, looked at the x-ray, explained the procedure and left within 5 minutes. I was then led to a business clerk who gave me a list of procedures and charges. From start to finish I spent approximately, 5 minutes with the dentist, 15 minutes with the dental tech, and 10 minutes with the business clerk. The total charges would be approximately astronomical, not including the cost of the crown. I asked a few questions and was told that my out-of-pocket costs would be staggering for the oral surgery but not the crown. When I got back to my office, I reviewed the charges with my insurance company, which left me with more questions than I had before. I called the dental office and asked for clarification on the costs and procedures and was given less than satisfactory answers. Fortunately, I was able to find Dr. Bhatti. In addition to the things written above, The total time to complete the procedure with him was four months, while the time quoted by the other doctors, was closer to twelve months. While I began the process with some trepidation, I can say that I had little to no pain. The procedure was completed much quicker than I expected at a cost that was acceptable. I highly recommend Dr. Bhatti. Dental care, in this economy? Actually yes!…read more Aspen has their own annual insurance (around $60 I believe) for folks whose employer does not include dental or like me opted out (not that my plan was accepted anywhere around here according to a coworker). You don't know you need the insurance until a vertical root fracture happens. The practice also takes CareCredit and if you use cc you know how much that interest free payment plan means. The office administrators are incredible and will do their utmost to ensure you are seen sooner when experiencing pain. From a non-pain appointment I was also seen a little early (no complaints here). The dentists and hygienists are amazing. They listen without judgment and give honest opinions and referrals. They take seriously that some of us have childhood dental trauma and specific anxieties. When I needed one more shot of novocaine there were no questions asked and the molar extractions went quick and smoothly. I have always been allowed my noise cancelling headset and a female hygienist in the room if not a female dentist/oral surgeon. I felt seen, heard and respected. They tried to save my second molar and when it broke weeks later; I was immediately scheduled for the second extraction. I cannot recommend this place enough for affordable dental care.

I've spent over 10 years working as both a dental assistant and in dental management, and I can…read morehonestly say this was one of the most unacceptable experiences I have ever witnessed in a dental office. My son suffers from severe dental anxiety, and I made that abundantly clear to every member of the staff--from the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr. Hodge. What should have been a simple procedure lasting less than an hour turned into well over two hours of unnecessary stress and trauma. During the procedure, my son repeatedly said he was having trouble breathing and was visibly distressed. Instead of stopping to assess the situation or reassure him, Dr. Hodge responded, "If you can yell, you can breathe." That level of dismissiveness toward an anxious child was completely unacceptable and immediately raised concerns about the care he was receiving. The X-rays showed small cavities on teeth #7 and #8, along with a natural gap between those teeth. By the end of the procedure, not only had his gums been cut, but the gap had been completely closed, leaving tooth #8 noticeably larger than #9. This is especially concerning considering he has already been referred to an orthodontist specifically for spacing issues. He walked into the office with a minor cavity and left with an altered smile that was never discussed or explained. The trauma didn't end there. As the dentist aggressively attempted to force floss between the teeth using a finishing strip, my son's gums bled excessively. There was blood throughout his mouth, and he was visibly uncomfortable. Then came the most disturbing part of the entire visit. After the procedure was complete, the dentist and assistant had already removed their gloves. My son asked for more water so he could rinse the blood from his mouth. The assistant then picked up the saliva ejector with her bare hands and proceeded as though she intended to place it back into my son's mouth, despite the active bleeding. As someone with extensive experience in dentistry, I was absolutely stunned. Basic infection control and cross-contamination protocols exist for a reason. This should never happen in any dental office. Even more alarming was that neither the assistant nor Dr. Hodge seemed to recognize this as a problem when it was brought to their attention. That lack of awareness is just as concerning as the act itself. I left this office angry, disgusted, and deeply disappointed. My child trusted this team to provide compassionate, competent care, and instead left traumatized. As a dental professional, I know exactly what I witnessed, and I know that it fell far below the standard of care and infection control that patients deserve. I would never recommend this office to anyone, especially parents of children with dental anxiety. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
