They gave me an appointment right away (a few other offices I called nearby were not as accommodating). Dr. Kevin re-did the filling on the very back tooth and closed the food trap between the teeth, which resolved the issue and now I don't get food stuck there anymore! He and the dental assistant (I'm sorry, I forgot her name but she was great), were very friendly and did a great job!! Dr. Kevin was very thorough and took his time to make sure he filed the filling down until I felt comfortable with the bite. After she was done I asked if that was new to do the polishing before cleaning & she stated the dentist wouldn't examine unless the teeth had been polished (how odd). The entire time the Hygienist kept saying what nice teeth I had, and when the Dentist came in she kept saying it also and again, rushed to look at my mouth for less than 45 seconds, scratching my gum!! I just wanted to get out of this place ASAP because clearly they were not professional AT ALL and were paid by my Insurance for something they NEVER DID!! SCALING WAS NOT DONE!! WHO DOES THAT?! They have always been transparent in the work being done and provided estimates prior to scheduling the work.
