    Stay away from Lee Schild for any dental work. In my experiance, he will not take responsibility…read morefor his mistakes. When I complained about pain in the tooth he did a root canal on, without any inspection, Schild stated "that is not the tooth the pain is coming from". After putting up with the pain for some time I went to an Endodontist who informed me the tooth Schild work on was now infected and had deteriorated part of my jaw. This new Doctor found a root that was missed by Schild and was causing the pain and deterioration. I am on the road to recovery. Stay away from Lee Schild for any dental work.

    The absolute WORST place to go for your dental needs in the Valley! The worst! PLEASE read this…read morereview AND BE CAREFUL! I will start with the good. My root canal and crown so far have met my expectations despite it being only 4 weeks since the work was done. If the work done is anything close to how they treat their clients it will be a disaster though. The bad. I spoke with someone from their office in Greenville about my work I needed done. I wanted to know what my insurance would cover, how it would cover it and wanted to confirm everything with them. They informed me of what I would be responsible for and told me I could take out additional insurance to cover more of my portion of the procedure. I opted to buy insurance for almost $100 from them to get my bill lowered. I had three appointments with my procedure. After each one I was herded to the front desk by the person who worked on my mouth to assure they were paid for my portion NOT covered by my insurance or the new plan I got in addition to my insurance. They literally walk with you to the billing person's desk and stand there until you make the payment. Each time I made the payment for the portion I owed. Almost 2 weeks after everything is done and wrapped up I get a bill for almost $400. This is where it gets really bad! I call and I am told to call a 1-800 number and not speak to anyone in the office, or to the people who gave me my "estimate". I tell them I would like to speak to someone in their office because I know billing is aware I owe money. They sent me the bill. I get that. On my first call I was told the "managers" were out of the office for 6-8 weeks. No joke! Every manager was out 6-8 weeks. I ask for a call back from someone else. No call back. A few days later I call again to the Greenville office. I am told all the managers are out again, but for different time periods then I was told this last time around. I ask to speak to the person who gave me my estimate or their manager. Low and behold both of them are out for weeks and weeks. Apparently someone WAS able to call me. But guess what? They never followed up either. This morning on 1/19 I call and I am told again the managers are you guessed it... Out for weeks. But that I should call the bill department. I asked the lady I spoke with, "How are all your managers out for 6-8 weeks. And her response was "It is that time of year." I didn't know having your manager(s) out for 1/6 of the year was a normal thing. After going rounds with this lady about the same thing over and over she tells me she will call the billing number for me and that someone will get back to me. The billing number calls me and tells me "You owe the money." EXACTLY what you, me, and everyone reading this would gather at this point. I call the Greenville clinic AGAIN, and the lady tells me billing shows me with a balance and that I got an estimate and she could not re-bill or resubmit or even call my insurance company to see why they didn't pay what they thought they should pay. A lady then calls me back from the Clinic. I tell her I am going to pay the bill and that I would be leaving this review regardless. She hangs up on me without saying another word. Yes. Hangs up on me AFTER I tell her I am leaving this. I am going to pay the bill and I am more than capable of doing so. I just hope you NEVER do business with this company and that if for some reason you have to or it is most convenient YOU get an estimate that is accurate. Mine was not. The customer service they have exhibited is terrible. At no point did they say "I apologize no one has gotten back to you." At no point did they say, "Let me reach out to one of our managers who are gone for the 2 months to see what happened and why?" PLEASE do not do business with this company. You will regret it. This was the worst customer experience I have had in years and frankly they should be ashamed of themselves.
