SERVICE - 5/5 Everyone is friendly, nice and professional. I had Jasmine as my dental hygienist whom cleaned and buffed my teeth - very sweet and was very mindful of sensitivities around my gums, teeth and mouth. She really got all the unpleasant stuff out. She was also informative with information of preventative care and answered all my questions clearly. Candy was the one that took my Xrays and she was sweet as a cookie. She has been with the practice since 1984 and she definitely enjoy what she does. She made quick, easy and comfortable for me. Dr. Ari examined me and was really nice and funny. He was professional and only recommended what should get further examined and what could be left alone for monitoring only. It was quick and pleasant. The ladies at the front were also very nice - sorry dont know their names but quick, friendly and accommodating. CLEANLINESS - 5/5 Clean, fresh and neat. Kingwest Dental does not care for nervous patients with care. They refuse to re-do my nightguard (one of the reasons I switch dentists was to get the 3D tech for the nightguard production) as it does not fit. They don't care, they already got their money. My teeth hurt. My coverage is only for one nightguard (obviously) and they wont help. The last cleaning I had the woman gouged me and also put the blood and plaque on my shirt and in my hair and was pretty mean and rude to me. I felt afraid halfway through and my neck was hurting so I asked for a rest. She typed on the computer with the same gloves she was using to go into my mouth. It made me feel sick. Finally, I'll say that I specifically noted that I need female clinicians (i'm a survivor of violence, which I shared in confidence) and they didn't respect that .I guess they found it amusing to see me panicked as the male dentist came to check in on me on my second visit. I gave them one more chance after that and that is when I got butchered and covered in gunk. Super nasty. Very disappointing.

Maybe because of my last three surgeries in two years has affected my breathing, more mouth breathing vs nasal breathing. Dr. Goodman showed me how to swallow while smiling. I said this will be fun eating at restaurants! She laughed and said: no it's an exercise!! Haha!! We all laughed! Check ups are important. After waiting almost three weeks I called the insurance company and they said there was no request submitted.
